This is a day worth remembering. I finally have been able to get an apartment and will be moving out of my parents home in the middle of March. I will be closer to work, and have a lot more space. I like the neighborhood and the reason I am waiting until March is so that I can get an apartment on the first floor. There is just something about climbing stairs with all of that music equipment that just isn't too apealing to me. Still working out all the details but so far everything is going well. I am getting a free washer and dryer rental for six months which is the length of the lease I am signing to start with. So no sitting at the laundromat for hours on end. I also get a free membership to the YMCA through my apartment complex so that's thirty dollars that I was spending every month that I don't have to anymore. Of course it is kinda added into the rent situation. Still trying to figure out the whole furniture thing. I have some furniture from last time that I had an apartment but some of it has been sitting in storage a little too long and I don't know how well it has held up. I might just have to get the couch reapolstered (sp?). Or I might get rid of it and buy a new one. I doubt that will happen though. Some of my furniture just really needs to be replaced but I don't have the money so I may just start with what I have and see what I get along the way. I know I see ads for used furniture all the time on the clasified system at work.
Anyway, so I am going to turn in my apartment application to the apartment office today and then I am probably going to go grab some food because I am already getting kinda hungry and I know that I won't last much longer without food. Then I gotta get my uniforms from the cleaners and start getting ready for work tomorrow. Well thats all for now....

ok ok ok!....due to the request of one of the very very very few people that actually read this...I am finally updating my blog. So......umm......my life is boring....maybe thats why I never update. Well, I did finally get done with my training at work so now I am working on my own without a trainer. I am waiting for my schedule assignment from the division manager so that I will know what shift I work and what days. And my trainer got a promotion cuz she did such a good job training me. Well, she didn't actually accept it yet. I told her that I make her look good cuz I am so good at my job now. :-).....I am still playin in the Couts youth band and we are gearing up to do some recording and to play a concert in February. Oh and that toe I kicked the bookcase with is all better now.....and I am working out everyday(well, almost anyway). I am still on the formation team for the new church in Willow Park and I am still in charge of the website updates. I am no longer leading the youth program for the church because I just don't have enough time(or energy). Well, that's about it....sad but true that is all that is going on in my life......my very boring life. I'm out.
