Look Ma! No Wires!

I love technology. I got my first laptop that actually works and I love it! The best part about it is that I can work on the internet from anywhere in the house without being plugged in. Makes it easy to go outside or sit in the living room or even sit in bed while watching tv and do computer work. Plus there are unlimited number of places where there are wireless hotspots that I am able to connect to the internet from. I am such a nerd, and I love my geeky toys. So anyway, work is going ok. Sometimes it can be really really stressful and other times it seems like it is real easy. But overall I really can't complain I have a good paying job for my age and can get quite a bit overtime when I want it which means if I want something I just gotta work long enough and hard enough to get it.I am also very very blessed and fortunate to finally be able to be financially independant. I don't have to rely on my parents for everything. I am only a few days away from moving out of my parents house and into my own apartment in a nice neighborhood just on the west edge of Benbrook which borders on Fort Worth. I got a pretty good deal on the apt including a free membership to the YMCA (the one I used to work for) and a free washer and dryer rental for the 6 months of my lease. After that I am thinking about doing a rent-to-own thing or something when I renew my lease. The only thing I can really complain about right now is that I think I am getting sick. I'm not sure if it is a cold or if it is bronchitis but I do know that I am starting to lose my voice and if I do not have a voice I cannot work because my entire job revolves around talking to people on the phone.Another awesome thing that I am doing right now is I am learning how to skydive. Thats right! I am learning to jump out of perfectly good airplanes. My Dad actually started teaching me the student jump course this morning and I will hopefully get to do a couple of tandem jumps on Sunday if I am feeling better and the winds are not too high. Then the next time I jump it will still be with an instructor but instead of strapped to my back they will be falling with me just to make sure that I fly in a stable position and pull the chute properly. I'll keep ya posted on how that goes.Well, thats it for my update for now. I will update again very soon to update on my skydiving ventures and to let ya know how the move is going. I am so excited about all of this. I am so excited about life and all of it's possibilities and that I can live my life to the fullest right from where I am. Being who I am, who God made me to be.
